Ben Brand is NetApp Vice President Professional Services EMEA, a position he has held since July 2015. A veteran IT professional with over 35 years of experience in bringing solutions to customers, he is currently responsible for all technical services deliveries across the EMEA region, which includes pre-sales and professional services.
Prior to NetApp, Ben held multiple Vice President Professional Services roles at ASG Software Solutions with responsibilities for EMEA and APAC. He has also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Armature and co-founded Xpro Systems. Ben started his IT career in 1980, initially developing and delivering ERP solutions.
Ben Brand is a Dutch national residing in Amsterdam with his family. He has studied Electrical Engineering at HTS.

Thomas Ehrlich is Vice President Pathways & Operations EMEA, a position he has held since May 2016. His responsibility extends to the whole EMEA channel ecosystem, including distribution, resale, system integrators, as well as large telcos and service providers. Further EMEA functions reporting to him are Sales Operations, as well as the Strategy, Transformation & Go-to-Market team.
Prior to his current role, Thomas was Vice President Global Accounts and Pathway Ecosystem EMEA, overseeing the extended pathways ecosystem in the geo plus the 23 NetApp Global Accounts headquartered in EMEA.
Thomas Ehrlich joined NetApp in 1999 and held various positions, including indirect Sales Manager CE, Sales Manager Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe, Director Sales GEO Central Europe and Area Vice President South and Northeast EMEA before he ran the EMEA Field Operations group as Vice President Business Operations EMEA in 2009. In 2010 Thomas Ehrlich was appointed Vice President Partners & Pathways.
Thomas Ehrlich studied information technology in Munich focusing on commercial information technology. He is doing various management courses at IMD, Lausanne, on a regular basis. Prior to joining NetApp he worked as a systems engineer and channel marketing manager for Silicon Graphics in Munich.

Sheila FitzPatrick has over thirty years' experience as an international employment and data protection attorney. Sheila is considered one of the world's leading experts in data privacy laws and works closely with the US Government, Council of the European Union, country-specific data protection agencies in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and The Americas, as well as, National Works Councils, European Works Councils and Law Enforcement Agencies. She provides expertise and hands-on experience in the areas of global data protection compliance, data sovereignty, cybersecurity regulations and obligations, legal issues associated with cloud computing and big data, data breach compliance and management, and records management. Sheila has been recognized by Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) around the world for her depth of comprehension and commitment to data protection laws. She speaks regularly at global conferences and panel discussions focused on data privacy, cybersecurity and cloud computing.
Sheila currently works with NetApp as their global Data Governance Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. She is responsible for NetApp's worldwide data privacy compliance program that includes responsibility for compliance with global laws related to data protection, cybersecurity, data breach notification, cloud computing and records management.

Bill Lipsin joined NetApp as Vice President, Global Channels in May 2015. He is responsible for the company’s channel go-to-market strategy, channel programs and enablement, partner marketing and the distribution channels. NetApp’s ecosystem of channel partners includes more than 3,000 resellers, distribution partners, and system integrators which contribute to almost 80% of the company’s revenue.
Bill is a respected channel leader with more than 30 years industry experience on the vendor, system integrator and reseller sides of the channel. He has been recognized as a CRN Top Channel Chief multiple times.
Prior to NetApp, Bill held global channel leadership positions at Brocade and CA Technologies. He also led country sales, marketing and services teams at Bay Networks and IBM. Additionally, he has held CEO positions at both a private and publicly traded company, successfully selling both organizations.
Bill holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

Alfred Manhart is Senior Director EMEA for the System Integrator & Telco/Service Provider Sector including Business Development at NetApp. Since he joined NetApp in 2004, Alfred held different international and local Sales, Channel and Alliances roles within the EMEA organization. In his current position he is responsible for driving the SI & SP business in EMEA from a strategy and implementation perspective.
Before he joined NetApp, Alfred worked at Accenture, Software AG, Siemens and Opentext in various European and international Sales, Service and Consulting positions.

Maria Olson is Vice President, Global & Strategic Alliances for NetApp, and has responsibility for worldwide go-to-market with Alliance partners. Maria and her team have oversight for teaming with the company’s portfolio of Alliance partners and internal teams to bring to market a variety of storage and data management solutions. Her responsibilities include creation of business strategies and plans, strategic alignment within the partner ecosystem and global execution that increases revenue.
Prior to NetApp, Maria was at SAP as Sr. Director of Global Business Development and was instrumental in on-boarding PwC to become a SAP Global Service Partner, and recruited over 50 PwC countries while increasing revenue and doubling pipeline. Maria has also held senior management positions at BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle), Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects/SAP) and Hewlett Packard. She has extensive experience in business development, alliance management, product management, procurement, and supply chain operations across a variety of lines of business – from printers, interactive TV, cable modems, telecommunications -- to storage products, enterprise software and solutions.
Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

Tim Pitcher is Vice President, SolidFire International, now part of NetApp, where he is responsible for growing SolidFire’s business across EMEA and APJ. Tim performed the same role for three years at SolidFire Inc. expanding the team and business from a start up to a multi country presence, winning many valued customers and partners as part of the journey to acquisition by NetApp. Prior to SolidFire, Tim was Vice President of 3PAR leading the International team as an independent company and then through the acquisition into HP. Before 3PAR Tim led Acopia Networks to acquisition by F5 as VP International Sales, and prior to Acopia Tim served for eight years at NetApp as VP of global accounts and VP of North EMEA. Tim’s first leadership position was at Sun Microsystems running the Financial Services business based in London.

Henri Richard is executive vice president of Worldwide Field and Customer Operations at NetApp. In this role, Henri will lead NetApp’s global field and customer success operations, which support the company’s ecosystem of channel, alliance, and service partners and perform customer-facing functions. Henri will drive discussions with NetApp’s biggest strategic partners, resellers, and customers across the globe.
Before joining NetApp at the start of FY’17, Henri was senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Support at SanDisk Corporation. There he oversaw the rapid growth and diversification of SanDisk into the enterprise space.
Throughout his 30-year career, Henri served in global executive roles at companies including Seagate, IBM, WebGain, AMD, and Freescale Semiconductor. He started his career in IT with Informatique Haute Performance in Paris, France, a company he founded to address the burgeoning need for PC-based computing in the 1980s.

Former Premier League Football Referee
Howard Webb is a former English football referee who operated in the Premier League and has been a FIFA-listed referee since 2005. He became a household name when he officiated as a referee during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, including the final, in South Africa. He has gone on to become one of the country's top respected referees in the domestic football premiership and with FIFA for international duties. Howard has retired from his distinguished referee career after being appointed Technical Director of Professional Game Match Officials Limited in 2014.

In December 2015, Peter Wüst was appointed as Director of Cloud & Alliances EMEA, NetApp. In his role Peter is responsible for the new platforms & solutions. This includes the global strategic alliance partners as well as the go to market for the cloud business & SPs in EMEA.
